We offer the following Monday-Friday class times to meet a variety of individual schedules. Kickboxing is Mon / Wed / Fri, and Strength Training on Tues / Thurs / Sat.

  • 9:30 AM
  • 4:30 PM
  • 5:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM

Saturday classes are an open schedule and held in the mornings only at:

  • 6:00am ((FIT60)
  • 7:15am
  • 8:15am
  • 9:15am (FIT60)
  • 10:30am
